Information we collect

Using the Steps Complication is anonymous. We do NOT collect email addresses or passwords.

Technical basics

• If you enable notifications, we must store a token to send them. We never use notifications for marketing.

• The Steps Complication app requires access to your Motion & Fitness data on your Apple Watch. If you allow this access, we only use the information to display convenient complications on your Watch Faces. Your Motion & Fitness data is not sent to our servers or any other third party services.

iCloud

• We may store some of your data in Apple’s iCloud service to enable some sync features between all devices signed into your Apple ID.

Analytics

• We do not collect any aggregate or anonymous statistics beyond what is offered by the Apple App Store.

Information usage

• We use the information we collect to operate and improve our app and customer support.

• We do not share personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish our functionality.
